OBD Test PLUG OR PORT LOCATION

Hello i have 89 Civic DX Sedan, I was wondering if it has an OBD test port or plug? I need to see if i can pull codes off the ECU to see if its bad. I have a Solid check engine light on and no spark and fuel pump doesnt come on. Ive replaced the coil, spark plugs, spark plug wires, and ignition control unit and still no spark.

There is a 2 pin connector near the ECU that you jumper with a paper clip or similar. This will force the CEL to flash. Have the key in the ON position.
