are you talking about the ecu? or an engine? what are you asking? obd1 is much easier to tune, which is the most important thing you can do to a turbo anything

i was wondering about the ecu and does it just plug right in or not. Also if there is a certain one I should look for or not

:what: ??? Do you mean a ob1 engine into a ob2 car and ob1 ecu? I'm I correct? If you're talkin about obd1 ecu --obd2 car then you'll need a conversion harness or you could wire it in yourself.

look for an obd2a -> obd1 ecu conversion harness. it will be plug and play with an obd1 ecu
