IDK, I've never stuck with the OE alarm. I've always gone aftermarket.

personally i'm all about the clicker, and the OEM one is the most sturdy, least bulky, and cleanest i've seen. But i don't know about the alarm

Isnt the OEM one just door sensors and thats it? Seems to me an alarm is like a turbo, somthing you dont really cheap out on if you want it to work right.

i would say go OEM. Where i live, no one really cares about alarms anymore. As a matter of fact, people actually get annoyed of the sirens and do damage to your car because of it. I'd say do several kill switches FTW. But this is what i strongly suggest. See that rubber lining on top of the windows. The one which has a clip on it. Thieves actually pull that rubber seal off and stick their hands through it to open the lock. I'd say go get some sharp blades and put them on the inside of that seal. They'll try put their hands through it and cut themselves. It wont necessarily stop them, but hey, you'll have the satisfaction of knowing that they messed up their fingers.
