So. Finally used rotozip to cut my stuck screw off, got bumper off, cleaned up and put the bumper on. JDMsh!t Mugen OE lip came with the entire back having a strip of car part adhesive tape stuff... whatever. Got lip on with some small c clamps holding it in place, peeled off strips, pushed it along the upper edge of teh existing black line... perfect entire way around. Kept C clamps on because I had to rush to school, was late for 4th hour, HA!
Came home, drilled a hole in each side and put a nut and bolt through for safe keeping. Mounted on car, looks tasty. Found out that front bumper has about 2 inches or less of clearance now, and I can't make it down my driveway backing out, I had to do an Austin Power turnaround and go down front end first at and angle for lip to not scrape, and THAT IS HOW I SHALL HENCEFORTH.
Viola.... the lip.
