oil feed line leak!?

can anyone tell me why my oil feed line leak where the fittings are at? i know for a fact that my old one doesnt leak but when i put in the new turbo (turbonetic) it leak, so i went to buy a brand new earls oil line and it still does the same thing.

are you using teflon tape where needed?

try using some..teflon tape stopped my oil leaking from that spot :thumbup:

i hope it work. also can we use heater hose for the oil feed line as well?

hmmm not sure..i wouldnt..i think heater hoses have a plastic tubing inside? as compared to oil line hose which has a high temp hose..but im not really sure..i'd be safe and use a real oil feed line

probably can with no probs....but should still use braided steel line....

i had probs from leaking there to though....buy a line from www.jegs.com

after i bought a line from there i have 0 leaks :D

hahah well because my old line i didnt. but the old line is to short. It should autolock itself correct (after your done screwing it in) i might just have a defected oil line even though its new!! hopefully this will stop the leak so i can BREAK IN MY MOTOR! then go dyno tune! hopefully i be in the 300whp!

fixed...but the turbo leaks...where you screw 4 bolts in the middle..grabbed another turbo..off clubcivic.
