oil leak!!

im new here so bare wit me....I live in Colorado springs so it snws whenever it wants to...I was driving nd I hit some ice, I thought nothing of it till the next day. I seen some oil leaking under the car I opened the hood nd.I seen a little puddle of oil on the under body or whatever its called but I hear a rattling noise coming from the timing belt I think. so I was driving nd all of a sudden my car was hard to steer like there was no power steering. if you can help that would be great!!

What car do you have? Obviously, you need to locate the power steering fluid leak and fix it. Also, check whether the power steering belt snapped.
