which is better for turbo and vtec on a ls/vtec set up right now i have blox block apaptor kit for my head and have oil T off the oil sending unit i heard the block adpaptor is junk should i just use the oil T for both or leave it how it is

For supplying oil to the head using a oil filter sandwich plate is the best option.
