Oil pan help

I was working on my car today, trying to figure out the mess the other owner did to it... I'm not sure how but the motor/trans was just covered in a thick layer of oil/dirt/sand/whatever. Lucky for me at work I have a pretty much unlimited supply of brake cleaner, so I was able to hose everything down.

I have an oil pan leak, but I'm not even 100% sure it is the correct pan. I was trying to look online, but does the EX and non EX pan differ in shape?

Problem #1
You can kind of see it in the photo, but the front cover is pushed out by what looks to be the oil pan, and has ground off a good amount on the back of the crank pulley. It also looks like someone cut the nut off that stud, closest to the crank. its through the pan but doesn't look strait.

I was just going to pull the pan off reseal it, but I didn't want to do that yet till maybe someone can tell me why the front cover is pushed out like that...

Problem #2
I ran the car with it up in the air, and the crank pulley is wobbling like crazy...... /sigh I put a pry bar on it and tried to move it a little but it seems solid, The car was in a wreck so maybe it got bent in that... I hit it with the impact gun anyways and it was tight. From what I can see the inner most big pulley wobbles the outer most looks strait, that's why I was wondering if maybe its impact related.
I cant remember, but these don't have a dampener in them do they? Its just a solid metal pulley?

The pulley is most likely wobbling because the woodruff key sheared off or went Mia. The are dampeners, internally balanced. The oil pan. Idk. It looks cut

About the oilpan, if your missing a nut that is probably the cause of the leak(s).it looks like you have the old steel pan which is interchangeable but Honda doesn't make them anymore.I put a hole in my oil pan a while ago and bought a new one from honda, two part numbers are listed but one is discontinued and the pan I bought is aluminum, which fits all d16y series and I think the z6.both oil pans are pretty similar except, one uses a wide flat gasket and the other thin gasket pushed into a crevice

something does look slightly off about the pan. i recommend buying a new gasket and seeing what it looks like. Also some will be nuts and some will be bolts. they use both on the oil pans.

used single cam pans are very cheap though so wouldnt hurt to buy one
