I had same problem. Too much crankcase pressure forcing oil from PCV valve into the intake side thru the turbo/to IM and back in the top.

You never want oil going through it like that. Yes, you should clean it out. You need to get to the root of the problem, which may be bottom end work and you need a good vented catchcan.

Start your car and remove the Oil cap, do you have a lotta pressure shootin out like a volcano??

Mine was so bad it started shooting the dipstick out, the one way valve off the IM would spray fumes anytime i touched the gas...mine was bad....by the time I got it into a shop, #2 cylinder had 75% leakdown and it's @ Inline Pro getn dun now...don't wait too long, figure it out!!!

How about an oil catch can to collect any blow-by during hard driving conditions?

Could be bad turbo seals
had same problem to, does ur car smoke quite a bit as well, if it does then for sure its your turbo seal, i just replaced my turbo and it fixed the problem, and you shouldn't get any oil in the intercooler piping. (bs on its ok to get oil in ur intake manifold.) i would fix that asap before u get oil caked on ur intake and ur injectors and you will really f**k up ur engine
