Only half of dash lights work

I have a 99 civic ex and for some reason, only some of my lights ever turn on. When I make a left turn, the green arrow won't show but when I make rights, the right arrow does. Low fuel light doesn't work. The check engine light should turn on for a sec when I turn the car on but it doesn't (this is why I actually want to fix the issue.) Are there multiple fuses for the dash lights or something??

I'd check for blown bulbs in the cluster.

I had a similar problem where half of my lights and my blinkers werent working. Have you taken apart the dash lately or before this started? When I swapped out my head unit and installed my system I hadnt plugged my hazard lights completely in. this could cause malfunction in the cluster and partial error. let me know how it comes. I would take the dash apart, disconnect & reconnect all the harnesses for hazards, air, etc.
