Hey guys, i have a 99 Civic -Si- D16Y8
I took it in for emissions and got these results. I had a magnaflow high-flow cat and NGK G power spark plugs installed two days prior.

CO % 0.42 / 0.13 (pass)
*** NO PPM 576 / 1003 (FAIL) ***

HC PPM 150 / 6 (pass)
CO % 0.7 / 0.00 (pass)
* NO PPM NA/NA (pass)
Anyone seen this before? What could be the problem? I understand the Si model does not have an EGR valve and i dont have any engine light codes.
