opinions - red steelies (pics)

first of all, i hope i am posting in the right forum, wasn't sure where it would go, so i just put it in here, move please if its in the wrong forum

anyways, i am planning to buy rims later on, silver rota c8's in 16's but being in highschool and having a part time job, and having to save 200 bucks from every paycheck, i won't be able to get the rims anytime soon, so i am deciding to do a little DIY with the steelies!

but what should i do????? btw this isn't my car, i just had to find a pic of one with silver steelies to do the red w/ chrome lip
A) just sport black steelies w/o hubcaps ( but i don't think all black with the plum color would look too good.)
B) chrome lip with black in the middle
C) all silver
D) i know this might be a little strange, and i use to hate seeing those red rims, but....its grown on me, red with chrome lip.....

i think the red with chrome lip looks pretty good

what do you guys think?

ugh, i'm sorry if the red rims are JDM, but i just can't stand red rims. i mean seriously..i dont think they look good on any car. you'll get enough crap with just having steelies with no hubs, much less red steelies. go with the regular black steelies until you can get some rims. and for my input, bronze C8's would look hot on your car.

but....if you really like the red, i'm not stopping you but dont say i didnt warn you

ok, that does look good, but i still think it would be hotter with a different color rim like bronze or gold with that type r white. anyways the point is steelies+red=no
