orange check engine light

hi im new and i just wondered if any one can tell me if there is a fuse or sensor which connects to the engine light as i changed the bulb but it wont come on also some fuses r missing inside but haynes manual dont list the diagram

when turning on your ingination it should come on then go off but it doesnt and i got some fuses missing thats y i need a copy of the fuse diagram for my honda civic 1996 uk version
