After a bit of research, I ended up sending some OEM used Civic HX injectors to be refurbished by OsideTiger.com. I noticed an immediate improvement after installation. They feel like brand new injectors at a fraction of the cost. My car starts up very quickly every time. I also performed a fuel system cleaning using Techron additives to ensure the rest of the system is clean & other deposits dont potentially clog the cleaned injectors.
The injectors arrived as pictured below, vacuum sealed with the old parts packaged separately. They were also serviced & returned very quickly, as described. The main components are changed excluding the original plug & housing, which is polished to look new, and they do NOT include the main thick seal each injector sits on. They state these seals should last the life of the car & dont need replacement, which I dont argue because mine are just fine. After several months, Im still quite satisfied. So if anyone is considering them for service, you have my endorsement.
