yes it is duct tape. he's posted this in his previous photoshoots.
and yeah is that a pink steering wheel or just the light of the sun doing that? and whys the tach all the way down there? and that rear bumper on the driver side doesn't seem to want to mount up eh

thanks for the comments guys im undecided on the 99-00 tail lights. i like them, but it seems like everyone and their mom has them. the side skirts and ctr lip will remain black. they actually look really good with the car washed and the tires shined. the front and rear bumper both have issues i was road racing and hit a rock (thus the tape on the front) i've found 3 front bumpers the same color for sale, and all 3 times the seller flaked. 
the tach is down there cause its less noticeable when a cop see's me drive by, or someone walks by my car, etc. and plus its not in the common 'import area'. oh yea, the steering wheel is a tenzo r. anodized red. but the sun kinda faded the red so it looks pink :what im not to worried
