overheating jdm b16a second gen

new radiator,
new thermostat *tried 3, using one from honda right now*
new fan switch
new temperature sensor
new water outlet housing, was cracked where the bleeder screw went in on old one.

k, so my b16a2 started to overheat, so after trying all of the above it's still no change. When I put the new radiator in and thermostat, I thought I solved the promblem, the engine ran cool, a bit below half for about a week, then I was on the highway and decided to open her up a bit, got up to around 8k rpm's and then the car jumped to hot, and it's never went back down. It's a 1992 civic hatch si with a jdm b16a2 swap, the cluster the guy told me isn't original that it was part of the swap, I guess im wondering if the fact that it's not the stock cluster if that could affect anything or not with the temp gauge. Also when I bleed the radiator and get the bubbles out, if I push the rpm's to around 6-7k I see like brownish bubbles form then disapate. not sure what that is. Also people tell me waterpump, I am not sure how to find out if it's the waterpump or not, I know that the coolant is flowing cuz the radiator get's hot, but if the water pump is weak it might not be pushing enought, also the radiator fan will not turn on at all. only when I jump it from the switch to stay on all the time, that's why I b ought a new fan switch but it didn't help the fan won't come on still without being jumped, not sure if it's because the engine isn't actually getting hot even thou it shows or not, very fustrating promblem and if anyone has any info let me know, I know the guy removed the a/c from the car and the a/c relay and all the wiring is just hanging there not connected if that would affect something or not I don't know

WIlling to try anything to get this solved, I am thinking maybe a bad headgasket, when it was running good and cool and I decided to open it up and race it a bit maybe that's when the leak in the gasket shows, I don't know im not very good at this kinda stuff. they say the cluster is out of a 1999 civic si, so if the temperature gauge might read differently let me know

Thermostat is working, boiled it and it opens at around 78-80 degrees, also the lower radiator hose, when the fan is on 24/7 stay's cool, but when the fan isn't on it get's pretty hot.
Thanks.

the only thing you haven't replaced in the system is the water pump... I suspect that is the issue.

if you change your oil and it looks like a chocolate milkshake then it would be your head gasket letting coolant into the block/oil ports.... if it doesn't look like that then your gasket may be leaking out, but not in, and your head needs to be re-torqued to fix that problem.

if the rad fan isn't turning on then it would be a temp sensor, but the fan rarely cycles when you are in motion if the water pump is good.
