Owners Manual Orientation Question

I am a new oner of a 2019 Civic EXL with a 1.5T engine. In the Owners Manual for 16-21 10th gen civic sedans, I only find specifications for a 1.5L
Are those applicable to the 1.5T?

What are you looking for? Fluid capacities?

1.5L means 1.5 Liters.

1.5T stands for 1.5 Liter with Turbocharger

It should notate specifications if for each engine type. The turbocharged engine generally should have slightly higher fluid capacities.
