p/s brake light won't turn on when braking, only during the day

ok so the passanger side tail light won't turn on during braking, but only if our headlights are not turned on. it's not the bulb, i know because it works during the night. i can't understand the fuse guide, at leaste i can't seem to find which one is the passanger side tail light. any ideas

Do you have a double filament bulb installed?

how would i check, it's all stock... so im assuming no?
the bulb works, during night it has no problems... so i doubt it's that.

its needs a dual filament bulb, so if one is burned out then your brake light wont work.
