P06 converted to P28.LOOK and help..

well i have converted a P06 to a P28 and socket it to ,but it throw a CEL once i plug it in! Any one here that know about the conversion, would you please look at the picture and tell me what i did wrong! thanks in advance..

That transistor is in the wrong spot...

It should go in the three holes right under the jumper for the vtec conversion.

Trust me, you messed up.


you need to put the black, three legged transistor, in the QXX spot right below the jumper.

The yellow/orange thing is the capacitor. ;)

Thanks. I did put it in the right spot but yet i still have a CEL light once i plug it in. The chip that i burn is a stock bin for the p28...is that why?

Check the code. If it is a solid light, you might of fried the ecu, sorry to say.
