So i have a 94 EG with a b16a swap that i just bought and it has a p30 ecu that is chipped. the car also has type r cams and s2 cam gears. The car is running way rich and makes the inside smell like gas fumes badly. Should i get a tune or a different ecu? Suggestions are helpful because i am a b-series noob.

Just get it tuned, or get a 'stock' engine basemap for the time being to get you running normal. The P30 you said has already been chipped, so all you'd have to do is get another chip that is setup correctly for your car. HA Motorsports has cheap stock engine basemaps on chips http://www.hamotorsports.com/stockchip.html . Most of the time when you buy a chipped ECU off someone, the program will be way off for what you need for your engine. The P30 you have was probably setup for someone with a lot more air/flow (bigger engine/ forced induction/ or large cams)
