hey! I want two 10 inch subs in my trunk of my 02 civic 2dr.
DONT HAVE whp POWER FOR SH*T! just intake & exhaust.

NO MORE THEN 110LBS of KNOCK in the trunk.
looking for alot of BASS!

shouldnt be that heavy. my bro has 3 10s and a 4 amps al built in and the spare tire and stuff are still in there. and its still sits the same hight.

not sure what they weigh but heres a pic the 4 amp is hiden. only cost 8 bucks and a day of work.pic is small

I say go for Boston components all around JL's for subs. just my :twocents:

If you want to 10's to push like 4 12's you idea of lightweight has gone out the window.

You would have to be running to high powered 10 woofers. Something around the 1000 watt rms range
then you will have to have the amp to push them
both item are going to be fairly large and heavy not to mention the correct enclosure for woofers that size

Then you would have to get a new alternator to push the entire system cuz the little honda opne is not going to do the job.

Maybe you might want to stick with three lower powered 10 and not worry about the 4 12 thing.

Cuz if money is no object your idea is going to make it an object quickly
