Painting Head Lights on a 2000 Civic(Suggestions)

I want to paint my head lights black but i dont know what type of paint to buy for it can anybody tell me??? Also i want to paint the hole light except where it curves for the big light i want to leave that chrome has any body done this???

Im tryin to tint my taillights also where can i buy the tint to do it????

dont paint the interior your you wont see jack s**t...thats so the light can reflect off of it. the only thing you can paint is the round chrome part you dont want to paint.

Just take it off.

dont paint the bulbs' reflectors man, you wont have any light output and you'll just end up pulling the headlights apart again trying to get the paint off. the only part that you should paint is the chrome shroud around the reflectors

Sound like you are talking about the turn signal.

Once you take the headlight apart, you can get rid of the amber bulb cover and reflector.

yea thats what i ment i wanna paint the part that sticks out not the inside or the cricular part
