lot of paint shops are telling me that if you strip off the upholstry off the dash that you can spray feather fill primer, which is a really high build primer on the dash and paint it, and it looks just as good as fiberglassing it, any body ever done any thing like this, i had a 93 hatch and ripped the center upholstry on the door panel and sanded and painted it and looked like i fiberglassed it, but i dont think the dash is hard plastic like the door panel was.

you must not like the whole show and go concept, if the interior is done right it looks really good.

well, i only think it looks good if its done black and still has the same texture as the original did. just my opinion tho/

alot of people has said that, but for me the smoother the better, and im not going to do only the dash but the whole interior , see i can paint really good, but i have never used fiber glass, so im going to use feather fill primer and build it up and block it down and paint it, when i do it i will post pictures when i figure out how.
