parking lights/corner lights wont turn on!?

i have a 1995 honda civic ex coupe..
so when i turn on my headlights (my corner lights) dont turn on they only turn on when im using my turning signals or emergency lights the guy i bought it from had fog lights but werent workin either so i took them out and all the extra wriring he had there.. im thinkin it might be a bulb i was gonna get 3496 bulb but i want to make sure if its the wiring,ground wire or fues before i go buying stuff... HELP!! but everything else works rear brakin lights and parkinligh

I would say its the bulbs. The part of the bulb for the light might be blown and the part for the signal light is still working that might be why the signal lights are working. double check the wires. Was their a hack job done on the wires ?

you were right i changed the bulbs and they workd i just had to reconncet some cut wiring he did now they work fine
