my buddy has a 97 hx and his parking lights dont work but blinkers and brake lights and headlights work. basically he's driving and only headlights are on. he brakes - brake lights work, turns on blinker - it works but they dont work when they're just turned on.
he changed his ignition switch because his was all messed up from previous owner and after that the problem started
i couldn't get a better explanation from him because he's....well not very car smart lol
