Part numbers for OEM rear lip hardware

I have an OEM rear lip for my 00 civic and i need to get the hardware kit for it. Here is a diagram of everything needed for it but not sure of the part numbers as I just need some of it not all of them.

Ummm negative, that is just the bumper. I am looking for the hardware for the LIP for the rear bumper. It was an optional add on and super rare.
