So there a re a few things i wanted to do with my 1999 honda civic (Ex 4dr).

-Intake Manifold
-Exaust Header
-Performence Chip
-Cold Air Intake
-Catback Exaust

What is the best order i should install these parts as. And should i install all of them and then go for the tune up or should i go for a tune up after each one. Also what if i install them without getting a tune up compared to getting a tune up? (When i say "I" i mean this mechanic i know who works on hondas.
Thanks.

EX...as in still d-series? Those bolt ons won't net you any worthy amount of gain. Especially none that requires a tune.

Your only bet for performance with a d-series is to add boost...or swap to a bigger motor.

All you have there is for changing the sound and looks with the exception of the "performance chip" which is snake oil on these for the most part. Not the best bang for your buck as the d was built for gas mileage NOT performance and to get any out of it requires lots of money in the form of fully building the internals or lots of air in the form of forced induction.

I suggest doing some heavy research before dropping that much money. you'll probably end up being disappointed at the lack of gains.
