its a neuspeed license plater hole cover. I didn't really like the holes and the plugs that you can get from Honda are kinda weird lookin to me so I slapped that thing on there

dont think so... not sure though... they came like that at the dealership i got the car from... i saw them and was like I HAVE TO HAVE IT. But it isn't uncommon... ive seen several Si's with the leather seats w/ the Si stitching... but i dont think its an option from honda

thanks everyone, i'm really loving the positive feedback i am getting I'll have some updated pics soon... if things work out this time tomorrow I should have ground control coilovers, an IT-R intake manifold, and JG Edelbrock 65MM throttle body. I'll update with some new pics when i get a chance
