Got her about 2-3 months ago havent done a lot to it yet except new speakers in the front, bought some winter tires and got a muffler and welded the hole (muffler fell off loll). Bought it from a friend who went to live in another country for 600$ and it has 170 000 km (105 000 miles). I bought it cuz a month before I got it I totaled My red golf mk3 and didnt get a dollard from insurance and it was a great deal so I had to take it. nways still dont know if I wanna keep it for a project or just drive it as a winter beater till it dies. got a d15b7 100% stock and its the original engine.

Anybody know how this plastic piece missing is called ?

This is what happens to your OEM carpet when you let your idiot friends sit in the back

The missing piece is called the Sash Trim......I would keep the car either way.....It all depends on what you want to do!!!!
