i dropped it... but not that much... maybe later i will... but for now i'm straight with them... but i dunno if i want to because i might just bigger rims.... right now they are 16" with 45 tires

35% tint isn't really that dark. You can't have ANY tint here in RI, but they usually won't even pull you over for 20%. I had 13% on my car, and it's black too so it looks darker. Got pulled over 3 times for it and finally had to take it off, but it's a lot darker than 35% and most cops don't care. Sounds like this cop just wanted to f**k with you.
