WOuld b16a2's pistons stand to Turbo operation. Would the pistons have a damage?
Would high compression make a problem?
What is the limit of pistons for maximum psi?

your compression is fine, dont need to move it one bit. your rods and pistons will take u to about 9 daily. if you have the cash its not a bad investment but DO NOT lower your compression, your compression is fine...it does not need to be altered.

well i dont know about the b16 but im imagining...with proper fuel..........12psi... i know a kid with a d16 who runs 9-10 daily on stock internals for almost a year....no problems. if you are gonna go 10 daily...id get a hondata ecu....just for proper fuel. tell them what you want to run for psi, wha tyou have and size injectors....they can definately tune your ecu to the correct shiz....

yeah 440 injectors and hondata will make sure u run safe. id say 12psi would be the max on stock internals but i wouldnt run 12psi as a daily driver

You can have all these proper ECU and injectors, but what will matter the most if the setup is tuned right. All it takes is one time that the motor runs lean and it can ruin the engine. but with a properly tuned system... your motor can withstand the turbo setup for many years to come.

Hey Oz,
I'm new to this forum, but has been running a b16a2 JDM engine for about 2 yrs as a daily driver with no major problems yet...just be sure to fuel your engine right...and get a pyrometer to chk your exhaust temp. about 1400deg max you should run anything over and you might break the engine...I am using a Apexi VAFC to control fueling...and to stop that chk light you will need a proper check valve before your map sensor...
