I am having a hard time figuring out what these two words belong too (see picture) any help is much appreciated.

I'm pretty sure the green connector is from the windshield washer fluid pump. The other maybe from the same area depending on how far apart the connectors are.

A few more pics would be very helpful. Perhaps cruise control? They look awfully familiar.

I concur that the green is the washer pump.

The brown is your OEM foglight connector. It runs back inside the car and there is another pigtail in there. It was cheaper for Honda to just make one harness with expansion rather than different harnesses for different options. If you were to add OEM fogs, you would plug your external harness into that. The internal portion plugs to the end under the dash, near the fuse box.
