please look at these turboed pistons- pictures

ok, i built and turboed my d16z6 about 2000 miles ago. i pulled off the head to take a look and here is what i found. Do they look good to you? cause im not really for sure what exactly they are supposed to look like.

looks like the engines running a bit rich. But doesn't look like a problem. Could eventually wear out the rings sooner then usual.

they dont look bad at all, maybe a tad rich but nothing to worry about.

what does your wideband read while boosting?

right now it gets to like 11.5 afr at 10 psi

11.5 afr in boost isnt bad at all. IMO, they actually look just fine. throw the head back on and boost away

yeah tiny bit rich but nothing 2 hurt....

they might have been from before you boosted. how many miles before you put the turbo on? if its rich, i dont think it will effect the quality as much as performance.
