Plz help what are the best parts for my car???

I have a 98 civic EX coupe and I just bought a SI Enigine for it. Is there anything I can do to modify the engine before I put it in and what are the best parts I should put under the hood to make it as best as it can be. I don't know to much about cars but I want the best in my civic. Any responses will be very appreciated...

check the clutch and put a new one in if ur unsure or if it needs it. Its a hellofa lot easier doing it now rather than later. Also ur basic i/h/e would help. Besides that u looking at a few other things without getting into the motor.

Pretty much I want it to be able to drive fast as hell but its still stock and drives slow. I haven't installed the SI engine yet I just bought it and I need to know what parts should be replaced and what parts I need to make it drive better and faster. Sorry if I'm not detailed enough. Oh and if possible what brand of parts should I buy from cuz there's a lot of brands.

sorry, i cant tell you what you should get in order to go fast... why do you want to go fast anyway? an Si engine can take you up to 120mph+

i think you should just drop the motor in the car, see if you think its fast, then mod.

So should i get another enigine to put in there? I had a 5.0 mustang and a trans am now i get a civic and its to slow. i just need to some pointers on what i should do to make it go faster. What can i say i like to haul ass.

no no, you can keep the b16 (si motor) to be honest with you tho, youre not gunna be able to easily mod a civic to have the power the 5.0 has. youre gunna be spending some big bucks if you want that.

To the OP, you can boost the motor, or fully build. But I believe this is the third time now, whats your budget?
