po133 code need a little help.

I drive a 2000si, every since ive had the car (4years), I've been getting a check engine light once a year and the code was for my 02 sensor, position 1, bank1. just recently the light came back on, the code its throwing is PO133 01/02 amd PO133 P 02/02. I know i shouldnt be replaceing the sensors this often. do these codes mean i need to replace the 02 sensors or is there an underlying problem. need some help please.

P0133 can also be thrown by an exhaust leak.

check the wiring around the o2 sensor to make sure nothing around that general area is corroded causing there to be the "slow signal" response.
