POSSIBLE ebay problem

well i bought a panasonic cd deck for my car about 3 weeks ago, got recipt of my payment 2 weeks ago and havent gotten anything yet and they have been slow to answer my emails. Luckily the seller phone number is on the auction so i have called it twice. First time i was advised to call back during busniess hours which i cannot do because texas is 2 hours ahead of california. So i talked the guy into hooking me up with the managers cell phone number, and she said the company they get the s**t from (which is bullshit, you list an item on ebay you better have that motherfukcer in stock) has been sending them defective units. So i can either opt for a refund, or a subsitute higher model.

So of course i opted for the higher model. Tommorow they should be calling me on my cell between 9 and 10am PST and let me know whats up. If they dont i will be calling them back tommorow night and ask what the deal is.

I sincerely hope my stereo comes next week ... and if nothing 2 weeks from this date i will leave negative feedback REGARDLESS OF RESOLUTION and expose the sellers ID.

update: they called me today and offered me the same one, but it also plays mp3's and wmas off the cd

it also has cd text which my other one didnt and some other cool s**t ... should be here next week ... f**k i dont even know when imma get this b***h installed cause i got f**kin traffic school on feb 7 and 8

its just a head unit? install it yourself man, cant take more that 30 minutes. all you need is a wire harness.

i always install myself ... ive put more decks into peoples cars than i can count and have done sub wiring three times on my civic (went from 10ga to 8ga then to 4ga) ... also helped my buddy do a massive install on his 89 mustang.

Well im getting my lip for my civic today, and i ordered it while i still had my civic. I havent even seen my civic in like 6 weeks, wut kinda s**t is that ? Oh well.

You ordered it from ebay? A lot of people that sell on ebay don't even have the products they sell. They just take the order's and forward them to the main companies.

Yeah its true what tripeo said.whenever buying on ebay, u gotta be patient cuz for them to process and send u the item can take some time.i bought my rims off ebay. and didnt get them for about three weeks after i sent payment
