power locks all the same?

so when i bought my 1998 civic 4 door LX, the driver and the rear left doors came with no power locks but the right front and right rear doors has power locks... im guessing the previous owner took out the power locks from the left side. my buddy has 2 extra 1998 rear back doors so i managed to pull out his power lock motor from his extra left rear door and install it in my car.

my question is will the right rear door's power lock fit in my driver door?

No, left to left right to right, the position of the motor is designed for a specific side due to door designs.
