Do you have a wiring diagram handy? Check for a relay involved or a loose connection. Also, you have power at the switch but check that you have power going to the mirrors once the switch is pressed. My guess is you do not. Is the fuse the correct size? If I had a diagram handy i'd be of more help. I did a quick search but came up empty handed. My computer is painfully slow so I gave up.
