I have a 99 civic ex sedan. The front left power window works sometimes, but mostly does not. Sometimes it will go down and if I knock on the door it will come back to life enough for me to get it rolled back up. All three of the other windows work without problems even from the drivers switch. I have removed the power window regulator to see if it was jamming as I know the regulator is a common problem. I am unsure if the problem is the regulator or the switch though and am not sure how to check which one. The switch does not make a noise if pressed. Any suggestions?
