Is there any way the door panels off an EX with power windows would work on a hatch

Lol, did you mean with power windows? If so, it will depend what year your car is, and if the ex is a two door or not.
In most cases yes (example: I could put 92-95 2door ex doors on my 92 cx hatch, and I would then [with a bit of wiring] have the coveted power windows)
