power windows wont go down

hello im having a small problem. my power windows in my 96 civic si both windows wont go down when the door is closed but when the door is open they will go down on both sides i looked everywhere the fuse is good no pinching in the doors. what can be the problem.

sorry...i couldn't stop starring at your avatar for about ten min...then i was like...oh...its a hot dog getting a facial...but the cum is mustard....anyways...
the only connection on the door is the switch to turn your dome light on and off, so i would check to make sure that is all working properly. its crazy that it works when the doors are open, and not closed. only thing i could think of is that its grounding somewhere in the car, or in the door, but you said that there was no pinching so that really doesn't make sense...
your sure that BOTH windows wont go down when the doors are closed?

but yes im sure both windows will not go down when the door is closed even if i hit the pass side window button
