You'll need rails and seat brackets. They sell those seats somewhere for $290 with brackets for a pair, forget what the website is. I know NRG makes those seats though...

ive bought from procivic twice and both times they were very good and organized with my orders... got my stuff within the time they gave me too

I bought the Civic Floormat set and they were just as pictured.. but didnt fit like OE. But as far as the site goes, i didnt have any problems.. im going to floormats.com soon and getting OE replacements
