my civic has been dying randomly when i been driving, It dies then you turn key off and on and you cant hear fuel pump then after like 10 minutes you can hear fuel pump sending fuel and it fires rite up... Ignition problem maybe? Already changed the fuel pump so dont think its that leading me to believe its either injector or ignition problem, most likely ignition but not sure what in ignition any suggestions?

What car do you drive? Input this important information into the Garage feature at the top.

Any CEL codes? Does the CEL remain on while driving?

Typically, the type of problem you are having is caused by a bad main relay or ECU, or the ground wire on the thermostat housing is loose or corroded. Start by checking the latter. You could then try resoldering the main relay, though 6th generation Civic main relays are generally pretty good.

its not throwing a hardcode, just a soft code, when it dies the light comes on but after it starts its not there, so that made me think that it isnt in the ignition and more of what you said, im gonna scan it on the genysis at school today and see what i get from there

Yes, the code should be still stored in the ECU. You can also pull codes by jumping the service connector.

dont think it could be the fuel pump relay do you? I hope its just a relay or loose ground too, you dont think it has anything to do with the ignition do you?

As I said, the 6th gen Civic main relays were improved and fail much less often than earlier versions. But you can still try resoldering it.
