problem light

On my 1995 honda civic dx,1.5 engine,the check engine. light comes on about 10seconds after starting. When reading the codes I get 5 short flashes which denotes a map sensor on the chart. I checked the sensor voltages,which were correct. also the draw down voltage with a vacuum pump were in spec. At different times The rpm will be 2 to 4 hundred lower than normal. The gas mileage has dropped 10 miles to the gallon.Is it still possible that the map sensor is bad? Do You know any thing else that would present these problems?

ok so just so someone gets back to you i dont really know all that much about electrical but recheck the mpa sensor and reset the ecu that might possibly help but dont at all hold me to it and welcome
