did you try the main relay they go bad in every honda product form 1986-2002 in your car its on passenger side under dash you might have to remove glove box. i is a brown or black 1" by 3" box sometimes you can give it a good tap while you crank and it should start. also the distributors on those are known for going bad make sure you have spark.
