Check Wheel balance/air pressure/broken belt in tire. After that take it to a garage and ask them to give you a (s/b free) frontend check to see if there is anything wrong. They should tell you what they found. Your reply - I will have to wait due to money. Then DIY.

okay well the only thing i can really think of is going to a tire shop to get your wheels rotated and balanced, it wont cost too much and that should help.

I used to work in a tire shop, your symptoms sound just like a separated tire. That is where the plies inside the tire lose their bond and the tire loses it's shape. Feel across your tire for any bumps or inconsistancies. If that turns out to be the problem then you'll need a new tire. If you take it to a tire shop they'll charge you about $9 a tire to balance them, if they see that the tire is separated they wont charge you to balance that one tire (but they will try to sell you a tire, lol).

could be your suspensions...such your shocks is dead or the springs that is killing the shocks

If your rotor was warped you would feel a pulsating drag from one corner of your car and your brakes would heat up like crazy. If you think it is that then jack up each corner of your car and turn the wheel by hand, feeling for drag. I doubt that it is your suspension because you said you feel it when you are creeping along. Have you given your tires a good look?

Grab the wheel, and try to shake it back and forth. It there is play in the wheel, it's probable a tie rod end or a ball joint problem. If you can shake it from the sides, thats a tie rod, if you can shake it up and down, than it is a ball joint, I think. Try both sides too. I just did all the tie rod ends a few months ago, it's not too hard to do yourself, just have to get it aligned after...
