problem with turn signals,speedo&tacho&clock

When i start the engine,i saw that my turn signals is not working anymore&speedo and tach_clock at the same time
And when i turn my hazards on,they only blinking only left side,and wery fast killing the battery,check all the fuses,changed the turn signal relay but nothing happens??
Please help
