The blue "RAZIKO" looks alright...but I'd do something different with the "productions" text. Maybe just straight accross the bottom, smaller, and space the letters out a bit more.
the warped text ain't kickin it...I think there's too big of a contrast between the words, I think it'd look better all white ("productions" font)
Yeah.... The transition between the blue, white, and black is very jarring to the eye... It would be best if you just left everything white, or made the razik white, while the productions was a slightly darker greyish... You could always outline the razik with black so it wouldn't be confused with productions, as well....radarblips said:

Just giving you an idea.
Looks simple... So what kind of videos do you make? If you want a professional logo I'd pick something that has todo with videos or the work you do. Since Raziko Productions means nothing to me you would need something to let people know what your all about. This is just something you would probably do if you were trying to sell something. Otherwise go with something cool looking. Maybe something between errors404's try and yours except his looks like a tattoo/piercing parlor logo.
Just some "bullshit" to consider.
