thanks everyone! and 2k speaks the truth! i'll lower it a little to close the gap, but i don't really like the "slammed" look myself. it's just not my nature ;) so at least they're on and i love em and they're awesome on highway17. that's the hard part. it'll be a little lower for the meet, but we're not talking anything drastic here. i don't want to void warranty for shocks, need a camber kit, scrape over every driveway, or have to go sideways over speedbumps. i just like to drive (and fast)

Why would you get coilovers then if she didnt want to slam that s**t. She should have got springs instead, like some neuspeed sports or something or even get something to lower the ride =)

hmmm. very nice. i think i like it... thanks 2k!
and about the coilovers: any springs on the market right now will drop the car at least 1.75in (most more than that). it's exactly what i don't want. i want to be able to drive on 680 dips and not scrape or bottom. that's bullshit. so in order to drop it only 1-1.5 in i had to get coilovers. plus this way, if i want to lower it more, i can get it down to 3.5 in or i could raise it to only .5 drop from stock. understand? plus ground control offer a really great compromise between performance and handling and ride quality (which is more important). on top of it all, ground control coilovers come w/ eibach springs which are quality and won't sag or some bull like other cheap chinese springs that usually come with these coilover setups. so i did my research and this is what i'm looking for from my car. bugger off bub. the "slammed" look is not for me, i won't say it again. yay for adjustability. i like adjustable things. ask anyone: gc coilovers and kyb agx are a great match. k? i love it. 2k you're cool. that was my 5 min.

love the shocks. love the springs more. settings? ... what exaclty are you looking for? ... gap or ride height or ?? also it's not lowered yet. this is stock height, maybe a little lower, but not noticably different. lowering is for next weekend. i got too tired.
