I'm installing my new projector headlights in my 98 civic, but this is my first time installing something like this and i'm not sure how 2 wire the red and black wires on top and where they go.
If those are the ones with "halos", then those are probably the wires for the halo lights. They should be plugged into a 12v power-source probably a 7.5 or 10 Ampere. Hardwired or with a switch. It's up to you.
